Niagara Falls

Today we caught the Greyhound bus from Toronto to Niagara Falls. We left at 930am, and arrived at 11am. We the rest of the day wondering down towards the falls themselves; Stopping in at art galleries, antique stores, history museums and dinners.

We visited the Niagara Cassino, as Adrians mum suggested we should. we wondered the floor trying to find something cheap and simple to play. Saw this game called tiles… which appeared to be black jack with dominos. Does anyone know about that??? We settled with pokies that had the hand leaver and a sex and the city pokie. We spent $5 each (cause that was a min) and I finished with a 5 cent voucher, and Gemma got a 45 cent voucher. Keeping them for memories! lol

We walked around the Niagara Falls area which is counted as one of the ‘wonders’ of North America, not the world… we wondered… so I googled it. We stayed around the falls area until dark to see them light up. They were all pretty colours (check out the photos when we get around to putting those up). We gave up on the idea of walking back to the hostel or waiting to a bus, because by this time it was 6pm, dark and FREEZZING! So we got a taxi! Worth every cent.
